It depends how bad the prolapse is, if not that bad may not cause much problems, if bad can cause problems urinating or with bowel movements, can cause pain, and if it is so bad it is prolapsing out of the vagina it could get ulcerated or infected  please discuss with your gyn.

Shouldn't: I wouldn't be worried about uterine prolapse of this degree at all other than the fact that having vaginal deliveries will likely worsen it down the road.  Will have no effect on conception.

: "Uterine prolapse" is a condition where supporting ligaments have been stretched and the uterus, lacking suspension, falls into the lower pelvis, and may protrude from the vaginal orifice. Surgery can correct the prolapse, but walking or any increase in gravitational access to the weight of the uterus will not lift, but accentuate the prolapse.

Depends: The risk/benefit analysis will take into consideration the degree of prolapse and the future need/use of the uterus. Removal with hysterectomy is one of several options available. Go ahead!: Uterine prolapse is commonly caused by multiple factors: pregnancies, childbirth, obesity, smoking, menopause, asthma or copd, etc.  If you already have prolapse, jumping rope certainly will not make it worse, and if you don't have prolapse, jumping rope won't cause it!

does heavy weight lifting in gym for 2 yrs cause uterus prolapse in 23 year old virgin girl?

Usually not...: Weight lifting by a young virgin with no history of prolapse is generally safe.   If done right and with proper form, it can actually strengthen the muscles of the pelvis and make prolapse less likely.   Sudden lifting of very heavy weights with improper form could theoretically injure uterine support.   If you can do 12 reps with the weight you are lifting, its probably safe.  Best wishes!

Seek eval: Please seek eval from a doctor as soon as possible. If you have uterine prolapse and are having severe pain, it's possible that it prolapsed and got stuck. (Meaning it won't go back in by itself without intervention/treatment)
