I have uterine prolapse, does walking help to lift my uterus up?

"Uterine prolapse" is a condition where supporting ligaments have been stretched and the uterus, lacking suspension, falls into the lower pelvis, and may protrude from the vaginal orifice. Surgery can correct the prolapse, but walking or any increase in gravitational access to the weight of the uterus will not lift, but accentuate the prolapse.

Walking will not lift up the uterus. Depending on the degree of prolapse, Kegel exercise may help. If that does not help it would be prudent to consult a gynecologist.
