Usually not...: Weight lifting by a young virgin with no history of prolapse is generally safe. If done right and with proper form, it can actually strengthen the muscles of the pelvis and make prolapse less likely. Sudden lifting of very heavy weights with improper form could theoretically injure uterine support. If you can do 12 reps with the weight you are lifting, its probably safe. Best wishes!

Yes and no: You need to be evaluated to see why you have a prolapse. There are people that have increased flexibility called hypermobility where the tissue is more elastic. This may be your cause. But you need to see your physician and get this clarified.
