Possibly: What will likely happen is that you will be seen in the emergency department and get some testing to determine if it is a stroke. If there is any chance of stroke you need to go to emergency now by ambulance. Do not delay.If it is a stoke you will be admitted.

: Let's assume you have had a full and thorough evaluation and that migraine has been confirmed and MS excluded.  Now, find a neurologist who focuses on treating headaches, and have your next decisions routed through that facility.  Might return to WFU, or any local clinic which could provide this intervention.

5 weeks left numbnes: 5 weeks is a long time for a migraine . F/u/ w/ neurology consider MRI of brain r/o MS, aneurysm, chiari malformation ,  Test for lyme , Zika, chikungunya virus, c psine pathology with c spine MRI ( though cheeck is usually from the brain  ,  f/u /w/ neurology

It is possible: Migraine is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Unilateral throbbing headache, dizziness, weakness, visual disturbances, blurry vision, nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias and even partial blackout may be present during the episodes. It is manageable condition. See your doctor for evaluation and professional management.

5% : 5% of people with migraines will have migraine auras without the accompanying pain known as "silent migraines" or "acephalgic migraines".  This is more common in older patients who have had a long history of migraines.  That being said, it's very important that other disorders such as eye disease, stroke or seizure be ruled out as a cause of your new symptoms.  Give your doctor a call to discuss the symptoms you have been having.  Even if you do not have a more serious disorder, silent migraines can be successfully treated, so it's important that you see your doctor as soon as possible.  Good luck!
