Recurrece: Uncommon problem, most  likely recurrence of disease not the scar , need endoscopic  reevaluation for presence of any malignancy'  initial balloon dilatation, if unsuccessful , followed by surgical resection  is required.

No-many possibilitie: A stricture is a narrowing of the colon that can arise due to diseases of the colon such as diverticulitis, cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, or as a complication of prior surgery.  Management may include endoscopic dilitation of the stricture  or surgical excision, depending upon the cause of the stricture.  I recommend that you return to see your surgeon for their expert opinion.

Not frequent: If stricture develops may be due to recurrences of disease, balloon dilation may help, will require resection for better out come.

Unlikely: Neurogenic bladder poses one to chronic uti.  The angle of the urethra also plays a role.  Pyridium (phenazopyridine) may be necessary to preclude further risks of UTI and pyleonephritis.  Further, colonoscopy or barium enema and ct abdomen/pelvis w/ both oral & IV contrast will provide more information regarding a potential fistula.

Tear vs tunnel!: Anal fissure is a very painful tear of the sensitive anal lining, while a fistula is an infected tunnel that connects inside  with outside. Often a fissure will heal without surgery, while a fistula usually won't, but get checked if you think you have either if these painful anorectal problems.

Can be/other things.: Depending on your age, etc. Other things, like weak ligaments that hold up the bladder and other organs can cause fuller/lower feeling bladder.  A distended colon can do it, but depending on the cause other symptoms would be present, like bowel disturbsnces, etc..  In women, things like ovarian cysts, etc. That enlarge the ovary can increase the abdominal size/girth.  See your doctor to be sure.

Porcelain gall bladd: This is an uncommon condition of the gall bladder usually related to chronic inflammation and often associated with gall stones. In fit patients gall bladder removal is advised.

Look at the rest: Are the bowel habits the same, is there any blood (use hemacult test cards) is there mucus in the stool? Noise alone is rarely a dire symptom without other findings.

Exam needed: An examination is needed. You may have an inflammatory process in the colon such as diverticulitis or colitis. If so, associated bowel symptoms and/ or abdominal tenderness would be common. With severe inflammation of the descending colon, pressure on the urinary bladder can occur. If abdominal discomfort is severe, I recommend that you go to the hospital emergency room for prompt evaluation.
