Trembling: Jitterriness are normal side effects of ventolin syrup . Bad breath in a ten weeks old is not normal but the colds  your baby has is a possible cause. Check back with your pediatrician if this persist

1 year?: If it's been going in for a year, you need a TB blood test and/or current chest xray. You may have a sinus infection which could also cause chronic symptoms such as yours. If TB is excluded, I would consider 4-6 weeks of clindamycin or amoxicillin-clavulanate (Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) in the USA), or metronidazole or a macrolide such as azithromycin or clarithromycin.

Thrush: He may have thrush or a yeast infection from the description of the white coating. The odor to his breath may reflect a throat infection. Have him examined to confirm a diagnosis and have him treated. All the best.

my 2.5 year old daughter is currently teething and have noticed a strong bad breath, sores on the lip  and tongue(both inside the mouth), also her tongue is looks more white. what is happening to my daughter?

Oral thrush : She could be having oral thrush or mouth ulcers. Pure Glycerin on a tooth brush works well for the removal of the white coating of the tongue. Quite a few otc products are available such as Dynexan , Pyralvex paint , Kenalog in Orabase etc. you could also ask your doctor to confirm the diagnosis first
