i am experiencing bad breath, bad taste in mouth, white patches inside mouth, canker sores, receding gums and rash with red bumps around mouth.

Several problems: The most common cause of bad breath is food trapped between the teeth and a lawn of bacteria on the dorsum of the tongue. Floss several times a day and run the floss across your tongue, rinsing afterwards. If you have tonsilloliths, you can use a waterpick or some other device to remove them -- be careful. Your physician may want to do some blood work. Best wishes.
