Yes it can: cocaine is very irritant to the nasal mucous membrane, to the point it can perforated.
so yes your throat is sore from the cocaine.
it is not a good idea to play with fire by the way.regardless how fascinating the fire work is.

Question: What do you mean when you state that are pushing above the tonsil?  Does that mean you are inserting an instrument into your mouth and pressing above the tonsillar tissue.  That could be dangerous.  Yes, TMD may radiate into the neck and throat.  If you actually have tenderness above the tonsil, you need to consult an ENT doctor to make sure you do not have a tonsil or peritonsillar infection.

Food: If you have no symptoms (pain) then thus is likely a tonsil stone which is food mixed with bacteria that have been trapped in the crypts (little caves) of your tonsils (referred to as tonsil stones or tonsilliths). My patients sometimes have success with getting them out with a q tip( if it bothers you..If not you can leave them).

Need exam: Can't be determined long distance.  Please see your dentist and/or an ear/nose/throat specialist.  Sounds like you may have some sort of an infection (bacterial, viral, or fungal) and this should be looked at.
