What can white patches on my left tonsil mean? the other time i got that and it left by itself. it doesn't feel sore and it's not swollen or painful.

Food: If you have no symptoms (pain) then thus is likely a tonsil stone which is food mixed with bacteria that have been trapped in the crypts (little caves) of your tonsils (referred to as tonsil stones or tonsilliths). My patients sometimes have success with getting them out with a q tip( if it bothers you..If not you can leave them).
