Possible to have: Small amount of lymphatic tissue , or regrowth of it at the site where tonsils were removed , causing your problem go for a follow up visit to your surgeon.

White patch tonsil: White patches on the tonsil are common while the tonsil is healing. After a month or so, i tend to think of recurrent infection or viral causes . Do you have any pain? If not it could be scar tissue there and nothing to worry about. Have someone look at it if it is bothering or worrying you. In good health!
