Water Pick?: If it is just a white clump or spot on your tonsil and it doesnt hurt, then usually that is food trapped in a tonsillar crypt or cave (this is called a tonsil stone). This can be cleaned with a water pick or q tip. If it hurts, or appears to get bigger in size..See your physician as it might be an infectious cause.
