If person has prosthetic implant in body, pacemaker , hd catheter, or any other device than you need to correlate symptoms with that particular patient and come to conclusion . In that scenario you need to see infectious disease physician.

: Negative growth means there was no germs found on the test. That is normal, you don't "treat" normal. Treatment in any case requires a knowledge of all the factors under consideration, not just one lab test.

Normal skin flora: Coag neg staph is commonly found on human skin.   Sometimes if it is found on a urine culture, it is a contaminant from an improperly collected specimen.

Because  coat negative staph can be a pathogen, that is the cause of illness, one should not dismiss the finding out of hand.

This is only effective in slightly more than half of patients, but worth trying.
