Had deep nasal culture done and large amounts of coagulase negative staph found. could this be causing my nasal turbinates to swell and be irritated?

Probably not: This is usually a normal bacteria in the nose and on the skin and probably not the cause of your nasal congestion etc. An allergy problem is more likely.

Normal flora: Coagulase negative Staph is part of the normal flora of the skin and is not a likely explanation for your symptoms. You may wish to consult an ENT doctor.
