Keep up with mammos: Stable cysts and lumps suggest a good prognosis. If not enlarging or if the cluster of calcifications is not suspicious, careful follow-up is the way to go.. They may never go away.

Mammogram: A "9mm cluster" which is "benign" represents calcium granules which are not considered pre-malignant.  The "3 mm ovoid hypo-echoic area" is just a fluid containing cyst or a fat tumor, if it is "benign appearing".  Get annual digital mammograms to follow this, and if you have a strong family history of breast disease, ask about an MRI of both breasts, which is more accurate.

No, not big: This would be considered a relatively small cyst.  I am assuming that this was evaluated by ultrasound and mammogram.  Regardless what they said, given your age, you should have a followup ultrasound - usually done in about 6 months - talk with your doctor!

A complex cyst is a cyst with debris (nothing bad) that can sometimes look like a solid nodule.  Usually the radiologist will recommend a 3 or 6 month repeat film to be sure it is not anything concerning.

Cysts: Small cysts are cyclical with menstrual cycle, larger cysts can stay for months and can be aspirated (by a provider) to get them to resolve.

Breast cyst: Breast cysts are classified as simple, complicated, or complex. Breast cysts do not cause scarring. The only reason to treat a breast cyst is if it is causing severe pain or obstructing adjacent breast tissue. The treatment is usually aspiration. If the doctor decides on excisional biopsy, he will remove the cyst wall. Any minimal scars left on the skin should not concern you.

Depends...: It all depends on what the mammogram or ultrasound show about the cyst. If it looks benign usually a follow ultrasound is recommended in a few months( it varies). If it is suspicious then a biopsy is usually recommended. You  need to discuss the next steps with your doctor and consider alternatives depending on the specific results of your test.
