No, not big: This would be considered a relatively small cyst. I am assuming that this was evaluated by ultrasound and mammogram. Regardless what they said, given your age, you should have a followup ultrasound - usually done in about 6 months - talk with your doctor!

Not that big.: If it was characterized as a"simple" cyst(BIRADS category 2, benign), no follow up or treatment is necessary.
