Fibrocystic changes: Please see other posts on fibrocystic breasts for basic info. A complex cyst is a cyst with debris (nothing bad) that can sometimes look like a solid nodule. Usually the radiologist will recommend a 3 or 6 month repeat film to be sure it is not anything concerning.
