May be stone...: Prostate stones of various size and amount are common, usually scattered in the vicinity between its central and peripheral zones, and usually carry no clinical significance such as not associated with cancer or infection. So, it may be just stone and leave it alone. But, if indeed highly suspicious for something unusual, follow the instructions of your doctor. Otherwise, don't worry for now.

You : You haven't indicated what symptoms lead to the ultrasound, but i'm guessing it was abnormal bleeding.  That's a common complication of endometrial polyps, which are benign growths on the lining of the uterus.  They are usually addressed by removal though the vagina.

Uterine fibroids are benign tumors of uterine muscle that can cause bleeding, pain, or pelvic/abdominal fullness.  The fact that one of them has calcium in it means that it's started to regress spontaneously.  Treatment of fibroids depends on a lot of things, including the severity of symptoms, patient age, and plans for future fertility.  Treatment can range from waiting for menopause to doing a hysterectomy.

The polyp may be causing you some bleeding and the fibroids may be causing you some discomfort, but t good news is that the findings suggested by the ultrasound are benign.

Follow Ur surg advis: Some pelvic fractures r simple and need no special care they range fron that 2 complex fx's that need surgery with a long rehab. The best advise is to ask ur treating ortho surg & follow hie/her advice.

Pelvic US: There should be no free fluid in the pelvis and it does mean there is none. And no,  it is best to have a result showing no free fluid.

Check it out: Soft tissue causes = constipation, diverticulitis, colon cancer, cyst/tumor of ovary/uterus, low kidney stone. Bone causes = hip arthritis, micro fractures from osteoporosis, nerve pinch/arthritis of lower spine, bone tumors. If it doesn't resolve with a good poo, or is ever associated with fever, bloody urine/stool, vaginal discharge, or is persistent/worsening, seek medical help.
