What is the best way to continue to rehab from a crushes pelvis! p/s accident sept 2012?

Follow Ur surg advis: Some pelvic fractures r simple and need no special care they range fron that 2 complex fx's that need surgery with a long rehab. The best advise is to ask ur treating ortho surg & follow hie/her advice.
