Sound like a burn: Your symptoms are suggestive of a burn, or sunburn, as in a 1st degree burn, where you have redness and blisters but no true deep skin damage.  It is typical for a rash to clear and have blisters left over; they are tiny areas of inflammation fluid left over from the active rash process.  It sounds like it is resolving.  If it persists are recurs, you should probably see a dermatologist.

Regardless of what: With injury to our skin, inflammation occurs which means the area becomes red, warm, tender and with swelling. Swelling occurs under the skin layers and causes them to bulge creating a protective fluid cushion called a blister.   As the area heals, the fluid will be resorbed or when no longer needed, the blister opens and it drains.   This should take about a week. Keep it covered and protected.

Is it a bunch of tiny blisters clustered together? Did she injury her thigh? Due to her age, the description and the location of her rash, she should be examined by her doctor to ensure the appropriate treatment.

Oral sores : I am not sure how long it has been there which would be helpful  It can be several things. Possible herpes simplex oral lesion or aphthous ulcerations. It should be evaluated by a doctor in person who can ask you about the details and do an examination

Nasal blisters: You may have developed nasal herpes or secondary bacterial infection   try using antibiotic ointment like neosporin on nose lesions.  If this gets worse you should be seen by your doctor to be sure this is not a spreading infection e.g. Staphylococcus.  Herpes lesions are usually self limiting and take two weeks or so to heal, but it should not be spreading.
