how to reduce ulna nerve pain, i have clawing on both my little fingers and get severe pain in both my wrists?

Get it checked: The ulnar nerve is the major nerve that controls most of the muscles in our hands.  It can be injured at the elbow or at the wrist. Pain from ulnar nerve injury can be treated with physical therapy, bracing or medications. If you are developing muscle weakness and clawing of the fingers then a more aggressive approach and doctor evaluation is necessary as it can be a sign if a serious problem.

Not at all.: Your described symptoms are not normal for a patient recovering from carpal tunnel surgery.  In addition, finger tendinitis with flexion deformity occurs in a small but significant number of patients after surgery.  Make an appointment and go back to see your Doctor for further evaluation.

It takes time: By the information you have given us, it looks as though you had either long standing ulnar nerve entrapment or a severe case of one with significant muscle wasting. If that is the case, decompression of the nerve does not reverse the condition rapidly. Regain of muscle strength and muscle mass takes weeks to months. Numbness is even longer and sometimes is permanent.

i was using those expo dry erase markers and i wiped some of it with my finger (making a correction) but i forgot to wash my hands when i ate lunch. i try not to do this but will i get sick from it? is it carcinogenic?

No: What you have got is what you get for all of your life.  You would have to replace your finger pads to change them, a painful and useless operation.

You can't: When we lose weight, the body loses the weight wherever it chooses. If the fingers are fat from fat, then there isn't much to do. Some have thicker fingers from muscles. I think of farmers, for example. Their fingers are just in great shape from so much use. Learn to love your fingers as they are.
