25 yrs ago left pinky sprained. never went to doc. now sticks far to the left like backwards "l" when fingers stretch out. went to ortho who said surgery not worth correction 'just live with it.' any ideas what to do for looks? tape to ring finger?

You have lived with this situation for 25 years with full use of your left hand. People look at your face, body , and eyes not your left hand. Leave well enough alone, surgery, always has some side effects.
