You can't: When we lose weight, the body loses the weight wherever it chooses. If the fingers are fat from fat, then there isn't much to do. Some have thicker fingers from muscles. I think of farmers, for example. Their fingers are just in great shape from so much use. Learn to love your fingers as they are.
