See below: If you have not seen a doctor for your swollen throat, you should do so.  If you have enlarged tonsils which may or may not been infected, these can obstruct your breathing at night causing your oxygen levels to drop while you are sleeping and cause obstructive sleep apnea which can make you feel tired during the day.

Swollen ankles: You likely have a circulatory issue.  The fluid in your lower extremities is not able to flow upwards as easily as would be optimal.  Please see your doctor.  He/she MAY suggest compression stockings or other treatments.  Please see the doc and not self-diagnose.  Peace and good health

Time to see doc: You have been sick for a couple of weeks and are getting worse.  See your doctor today or tomorrow, please, or go to an Urgent Care center.  There are many treatable causes for your symptoms, but none can be treated if you don't get seen.

Watch them: Nodes with cancer are obviously abnormal. Keep an eye on these and if they get huge or get stuck to surrounding structures, get seen.

Did u have a recent: cold? Or allergies? Lymph nodes tend to get swollen or tender whenever there is some form of immune challenge as above, usually not by themselves. See your doctor to have it evaluated fully, and they can do a head, eyes, ear, nose, throat exam to see what might be causing it, and treat it quickly. This can cause fatigue, and may or may not be related to your eye/vision issues.

Still a mystery: Chronic fatigue syndrome refers to severe, continued tiredness that is not relieved by rest and is not directly caused by other medical conditions. As part of the definition of cfs other conditions known to cause fatigue are not present. The cause of cfs is still a mystery but  there is often evidence of immune dysfunction and many theorize it is caused by viruses. Please see my comments for more:.

is somatoform disorder an  out for drs. that cant seem to find   the problem ...like headaches , an chronic fatigue    or m.s.     things that cant be?
