A 44-year-old female asked:
Disclaimer

I am a 42yr old female. I suffer from very sore feet after walking and lately my feet and ankles are swollen and I'm chronic fatigue.

Swollen ankles: You likely have a circulatory issue. The fluid in your lower extremities is not able to flow upwards as easily as would be optimal. Please see your doctor. He/she MAY suggest compression stockings or other treatments. Please see the doc and not self-diagnose. Peace and good health
