?? significance: You're taking a number of medications whose side effects or interactions could include nausea.  Anxiety can cause this too.  Also, there are many different causes of low back pain, ranging from strained muscles and poor posture to kidney stones.  Since your surgeon has given you a clean bill of health from the gallbladder surgery, I recommend addressing your concerns with your primary care doc.

i had gallstones so had surgery and biopsy report of gallbladder said "chronic cholecystitis". does this cause because of the gallstones or do i need to further get an mrcp to check for bile duct stones as well?

: Most cases of chronic cholecystitis are associated with presence of gall stones. Since your gall bladder and gall stones are now removed &amp; as long as you have no symptoms or signs of bile duct blockage, there's no need to undergo an MRCP or any other tests.

See below: Mild means that. Chronic means present a long time. Cholecystitis means inflammation of the gallbladder. Put together would indicate long standing irritation from gallstones. If there are no gallstones then could be a minimal finding of slight gallbladder irritation from pathology. It is benign.

Soon: Please contact your doctor/ surgeon as soon as you can. They will need to take everything  in account - symptoms , studies, blood work and ofcourse talk with you. After which a decision will be made. On the other hand, if you have fevers, pain , nausea vomiting - which are ongoing- please go to the er.

If you have: No stones that are visible on good quality ultrasound and ct scan is normal, it sounds like chronic acalculous cholecystitis, almost synonymous with "functional gallbladder disease" which means simply that your gallbladder does not work properly, even without stones.  If  you are having symptoms, there is a good chance that cholecystectomy will relieve them.  Talk to a surgeon. And get his opinion.

Cholangitis?: The absence of gallstones points only to some predilection for that part of the body to get infected. So soon after surgery, u cd be developing another infection (especially if u have fevers \ sweating or other symptoms. Alternatively, a rare surgical complication could be developing. I doubt that any surgical equipment was left, but talk2 ur surgeon &amp; primary doctor to get tested &amp; some treatment

Surgery: Laparoacopic cholecystectomy will solve your problem. Unfortunately dietary changes don't always work. This is outpatient surgery. You will most likely feel better right away.

hello. i was diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia and chronic cholecystitis a year ago. i had light colored stools before, but it stopped. i still have ruq and chest pain. can people with biliary dyskinesia still have regular brown stools?

: yes. It depends on other factors as well. Ask your doc as she/he knows your situation best
