Bath: Take a bath with 1/2 cup of baking soda and an Aveeno bath packet or 1/4 cup oatmeal for 20 min. Be sure to get the bath water all over all the bites.

Never: This looks primarily to be a vitamin drop to me.   Babies do need 400 IU of vitamin D daily.  Other than this, your breastmilk and formula ( assuming it is adequately DHA supplemented using optimal global DHA levels) contains all the vitamins and nutrients your baby needs to grow. If you are breastfeeding, then three times a week seafood is optimal for DHA secretion into milk.

Growth potential: After puberty, most men and women do not experience much increase in height.  The best way to maximize your height is through balanced nutrition, good posture and exercises that will strengthen your back and core muscles to support your spine.  Supplements for increased growth are largely ineffective and expensive.

i am thalassemia carier and rh+ blood type, my wife is rh- and no thalassemia. if rh sensitized, will us have problem to get baby?

Not exactly: Even if your wife is sensitized, the difficulty is not in getting pregnant but the fetus developing hemolytic anemia. It can usually be prevented and you should see your doctor even before you try to have a baby.

Up to 18 months: If you have normal menstrual cycles, your cystic fibrosis carrier status likely has little effect on your fertility.  However, it can take a normal couple up to 18 months to achieve a conception, even when everything is perfectly normal.  Because you are a CF carrier (and your partner is not), there is a 50% chance your children will also be carriers of the CF gene.

i've low testo but majority of my body hair grows in bunches of two or more adjacent hairs.could be this varying hair density because of chimerism?

Just part of the pic: Testosterone is what gives men more body and facial hair and thus it 'd be not surprising that your hair production is scanty.

Unless something has been grafted onto your body (like a bone marrow transplant)  , i don't know what you meant by chimerism.

Not responsible!: No, since you're not certain that your partner completed the series of vaccination and responded to the Hepatitis B Vaccine with adequately protective titers of anti-hepatitis b antibodies. If you have detectable virus you can transmit it! please be responsible ; respect the health of others.

i did a simple serum iron test for my son of 12, his result was 10.6 he has been on iron meds chelifer 15 mg for about a year... what are the next steps for good absorption other than taking iron tabs with vitamin c ?

Diet: Diet with foods with Iron is a great way to absorb Iron.  Good sources of Iron include shellfish, spinach, legumes, red meat, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, turkey, broccoli, Tofu, dark chocolate, fish. Eat up and stay strong.
