Just part of the pic: Testosterone is what gives men more body and facial hair and thus it 'd be not surprising that your hair production is scanty. Unless something has been grafted onto your body (like a bone marrow transplant) , i don't know what you meant by chimerism.

No: Real chimerism -- a body derived from the fusion of two fraternal twins -- is usually obvious (different color eyes / other pigment). It's also rare, but is more common now that we have in-virto fertilization. I'd stop thinking about it. If your testosterone is low and your sexuality isn't like most guys' your age (i.e., raging), address this with your physicians -- must be a reason to be found.
