Limit sugars!: All thing in moderation including sugar.You did not say how much you use. In general it is a good habit to learn to reduce the use of sugar in your diet. Natural sweetners, such as stevia, are on option. Use them sparingly as the more sweets you eat the more you tend to crave them. Do finish your meal with a healthy glass of water to help neutralize the acids bacteria produce from digesting sugar.

Chocolate, banana : Probably nothing will happen right away, but this is a very unhealthy diet and life style.  Why are you eating like this?  Good idea to see a psychologist concerning eating disorders, or call your doctor.

6 of one: Too much tea can discolor usually the back  of the teeth. If you put a lot of real sugared sweetener in the tea, it could equal that of chocolate. Use diet sugar. The roughened area of the discoloration can cause decay to build. Chocolate is pure sugar, but if proper hygiene is done, neither will harm teeth. See your dentist every 6 months to know if you are under control with your use of both.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i had zoom done.want to keep white:no coffee, tea, red wine. chiccory in coffee substitute? chocolate? other stain causes avoid? please tell every food/drink to avoid.

Some : Some foods and beverages that can cause heavy staining include: red wine, coffee, black teas, cherries, grape juice, blueberry juice, soy sauce, cranberry juice , balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce,  dark colas, popsicles  and curry. Foods with high acid content impact your teeth as well as tobacco (smoked or chewed).   Chicory is reported to cause a lot of darkening.

Hello. : Hello. Yes, chocolate and chicory can stain teeth. Grape juice, curry, cherries, soy sauce, tea and dark colas can also cause staining. Tobacco is also a big problem (both chewing tobacco and cigarettes).

what is the benefits of mangosteen tea?

Not well studied. : Preliminary results of 1 study suggest mangosteen may be beneficial for treatment of periodontist when applied in gel to gums. Mangosteen is being studied to determine effects of xanthones (potent antioxidants) ;  effectiveness as a topical acne treatment. It has been used by native asian healers in treatment of tuberculosis, infections ; diarrhea (but hasn't been adequately studied).
