Consider gallbladder: Post prandial nausea, bloating or pain are commonly seen in gallbladder disease.  An ultrasound is a simple noninvasive test to look for stones that may be a cause.  Chill s are less common and possibly indicate more advanced problems.  Gastritis or ulcers  can present this way and your physician can check for h pylori or refer you to a gastroenterologist for possible evaluation and endoscopy.

Chills: Yes. Chills occur when there is a discrepancy between the ambient atmospheric temperature and that of  the surface of the skin. If the skin temp is lower, the body's thermostat will try to increase the temperature by chilling which is muscular and raises the temp. When you eat you may redistribute some of the circulation from the skin to the intestines, and a stomach ulcer may induce such changes.

Smaller meals: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may try reducing the size of your meals, though you may eat more frequently, as long as you do not gain excessive weight.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Biliary disease: The liver is located on the right side, just under and a little beyond the lower rib cage-you may actually be able to feel it if you reach in under that area.If you have jaundice it could be from your Gilbert's, but I would still get a set of liver tests (LFTs) to see if anything has changed. An ultrasound may also be a good idea, if you have pain after eating-that may indicate a gallbladder prob.

Yes: You list severe reactive hypoglycemia in your conditions so this applies to you, not to everyone: excess insulin stimulates a catecholamine response. In other words, it stimulates secretion of adrenalin. Adrenalin can, in fact, precipitate extra beats in susceptible people. So it is possible.

You can call your doctor to get tested or your local health department. Once your test results are available, call your doctor to decide on treatment. Seek urgent care: The chills and nausea have me concerned that she could have a perforated ulcer or an incarcerated hiatal hernia.    This may need an operation to fix, so she should be seen immediately in person by a healthcare provider.  In the absence of chills and the 3 day duration, she could have worsening gastritis or reflux.

i got the second c-19 vaccine a week ago. for three days nothing happened, but on day four, i suddenly felt nauseous several hours after eating and threw up a ton. i also had chills and feel asleep. was this a vax-side effect, or something else?

: Those symptoms could be related to Covid vaccination #2.  As long as they are going away,  you should not have to worry.

: Whatever "ER" said the pain was "cancer pain" may have exaggerated the cause of the symptoms.  Age 40 and above in a female is classically the most common time for onset of gallbladder disease, especially right after a meal containing fat.  Cholecystitis can present with fever and chills.  If the ER did not do an abdominal ultrasound or gallbladder scan, see your physician to diagnose the pain.
