Consider gallbladder: Post prandial nausea, bloating or pain are commonly seen in gallbladder disease. An ultrasound is a simple noninvasive test to look for stones that may be a cause. Chill s are less common and possibly indicate more advanced problems. Gastritis or ulcers can present this way and your physician can check for h pylori or refer you to a gastroenterologist for possible evaluation and endoscopy.

Post prandial Nausea: One possibility is gallbladder disease since the symptoms occur after eating. Ulcer disease is also included in the differential . Depending upon other symptoms which may be present, but not mentioned, the problem may not be due to a gastrointestinal tract problem at all. See your doctor for work-up.
