my 5 month old child keeps playing with his ear i cleaned them out but he still doing it could you give an idea what it is?

A couple of things: A 5mo may be feeling a bit of pressure in his ear like you do coming in to land at the airport, or fluid trapped behind the eardrum. He could have discomfort transferred to his ear during teething or from a low grade ear infection. If it persists, an exam can help sort out the possibilities. If baby is playful & happy most of the day, i would do it when convenient, not urgently.

my child was playing he hit his head on corner he cryed and got light headed but seemes to be ok niw what should i do. can he sleep?

Child hit his head: As long as your child did not loose consciousness and feels fine after the injury, has no headache, nausea or vomiting, persistent dizzyness and headache and is acting noemally, you can just observe him at home for next 12 to 24 hours and if there is any change in his condition then you need to take him to your doctor or emergency department.

my 8 month old has fever congestion and redness under his eyes also gets tired after playing a few minutes with his toys or walker what could be wrong?

Needs to be seen: by his pediatrician, can still be viral respiratory infection, but needs evaluation, and possible some prescription medications, wish you both wellness

Tinnitus: Tinnitus is the perception of hearing a sound that isn't actually there. This can be caused by problems in the ear (outer, middle and inner) or the nerves and brain that translate pressure waves in the air into sound that we hear. Problems in these areas trick the brain into thinking that there is noise when there is not. See your doctor for further evaluation.

Probably wax: First of all, never play with anything or do anything inside your ear again. You most likely jammed wax and blocked the canal. You can try some wax softening drops and gentle irrigation of the ear in the shower. If that doesn't help you need to see an ENT doctor.

Ok otherwise?: Check the earlobe to see if there is a rash. If she is not fuzzy otherwise, she is likely ok.  But if she is crying because of pain, you will need to bring her to the doctor.

You are describing: the response of the ear to a noxious injury LOUD SOUNDS are the most common (eg a gunshot etc) I suppose intense cold could damage as well but you have to check this with
an Audiologist!!  Ask your Primary Care Provider for a referral!

Do you like the song: is it a song that you like and perhaps you heard it on line or on satellite. Do you sing the song as well. Is it a song that you have never heard?. perhaps it just pops into your awareness? I think that you should discuss with an ENT doctor.;
