please explain why does my child always vomit when he gets a fever?

Vomit with fever: When the body is fighting illness, it considers gut function to not be essential, so things slow down a lot. That's why you usually don't feel like eating when you are ill. Some peoples bodies take this to the extreme and almost shut down gut function, which leads to vomiting. Try just sips of fluids when he is ill or has fever and see if he can tolerate this.

Many possibilities: Probably viral.  Bed rest, bland liquids to prevent dehydration.  If not better quickly or worsening, see pediatrician and have the little person examined.  Hope they are better soon.

Many conditions: There are many causes of vomiting and fever at this age. I would suggest a clear liquid diet for one day, controlling the fever with Tylenol (acetaminophen) if tolerated, and calling your pediatrician. If your child has a headache, stiff neck, rash, dehydration or appears very ill, they should be seen right away. Other causes include pneumonia which may present with vomiting and fever.

Could be an abscess: I recommend a follow up visit to either the surgeon or the er.  An abscess after surgery is a very common complication of appendectomy.

There : There isn't enough information to truly answer your question.  But anytime a child has abdominal pain with fever, you have to rule out appendicitis which is a very serious condition that one my die from.  I would take to your local doctor right away to be seen.

Patience: An illness must run its course. Fever is part of the bodies natural effort to promote healing as it increases heart rate/breathing to supply the area with healing factors. High fever that has not started down within 72 hrs deserves a re-visit.

Vomiting: Your child may have a viral illness that is causing her vomiting. Keep her on a bland diet avoiding greasy food, milk and milk products and juice. If vomiting continues a doctor's visit is in order.

No. : No.  Pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) contains salicylates which are implicated in reye's syndrome.  Aspirin, pepto bismol, (bismuth subsalicylate) and related products should not be given to children or teenagers.

my 3 years old child diagnosed with few enlarged mesenteric nodes measuring 1.8x0.69 cm ?after eating he is complaining severe pain in stomatch.fever ,diorrehea and vomiting stopped after medication but pain continuous ?it's since from 4 days?

: Mesenteric adenopathy can take a month to resolve, so you have to be patient. Sometimes heat on the abdomen helps. sometimes gentle massage or just gently rubbing his tummy will provide relief. Keep diet somewhat bland, stay away from fried foods, foods with high fat content. Have him drink lots of water. Be patient.  It can take a month for all symptoms to subside.

my child has been vomiting once a day, in mornings only. this has been going on for 5 days. there is no headache. the only other symptom is low grade fever of 99. i am fearful of brain tumor. could it be?

Unlikely to be tumor: Nothing is impossible but this would not be the first sign of a brain tumor. However, i would be concerned about possible dehydration and electroyte imbalances and adequate fluid intake. Please contact your pediatrician as intravenous fluids may be advised.
