Many conditions: There are many causes of vomiting and fever at this age. I would suggest a clear liquid diet for one day, controlling the fever with Tylenol (acetaminophen) if tolerated, and calling your pediatrician. If your child has a headache, stiff neck, rash, dehydration or appears very ill, they should be seen right away. Other causes include pneumonia which may present with vomiting and fever.
