will chest x-ray of pa lateral show lungs...however my only front and side were taken..back image wasnt.

X-rays looks through: X-rays beams go completely through the body part,  so the back of your chest was evaluated as well.  

But,  if you want a specific back x-ray,  you need to have a separate x-ray.  

Please understand radiation from studies are cumulative.  If not necessary, avoid studies that require the use of radiation.

can you have lung cancer if have clear chest x-ray (both pa & lateral view) two months ago?

Of course, but...: The answer is NO, if a person is healthy and has no special reason to be suspected of having lung cancer. Many things are possible in life. So, as long as a person has lungs, he CAN have lung cancer, but it is not detectable until the tumor gets bigger. Likewise, he can have brain cancer, liver cancer, etc... But, in order to live a happy, normal life, we say NO CANCER when we don&#x27;t detect cancer.

if on pa chest x-ray seen nodular dense 
on the left lung side, but it didn't seen on the lateral and oblique view, do i usually need future tests?

Yes: A lung nodule should likely be followed up to figure out what exactly it is. A CT is best.

Common: Probably the residual of some type of old lower respiratory infections. Talk to your doctor. Probably a reasonable thing to do is recheck and x-ray in 6 months.

Nothing to worry abo: Radiation doses delivered/received during check X-rays are so tiny that you do not need to worry about any harm. Unless you exceed 30-40 mSv (which only happens with the use of multiple CT scans done) there is no worry about cancer causation from diagnostic radiation.

Damage: You have some scarring (fibrosis) and, perhaps, hyperinflation (enlargement) of your lungs. These are signs of damage. If you smoke, you surely should quit. If you're exposed to second hand smoke or toxic fumes, try to avoid them if possible. If you're over 50, it may just be...that you're over 50! We have many exposures as the years progress that are unavoidable.

Yes: Because of  commercial aircraft cabin pressurization systems and  20% or less is involved, it should be ok to fly. Many people with only one lung can fly without problems.  You may want  to wear a mask to protect your airway from new infections while healing from this one

Chest xray: The  pa is taken so that xray travels from the back toward the chest.  Ap is taken so that the xray travels from the chest toward the back.

Not sure: Not sure what your exact question is but a pa and lateral cxr will show many potential problems with the heart, lungs, and surrounding bones.
