Depends on stage: Early cervical cancer usually has no symptoms or signs.  It is important to have regular pap examinations for early detection.  With later stage cancer, there may be irregular bleeding, bleeding with intercourse, ulcer and/or mass on cervix, foul smelling discharge, abdominal pain, urinary problems, weight loss, anemia and if left untreated, death.

They are not: The symptoms of cancer are always somewhat varied. In this regard cervix cancer does what cancers in general do. They bleed(abnormal bleeding) and there is a growth of a tumor on the surface of the cervix which can be easily seen by a doctor(on pelvic examination). When there is a growth, we do a biopsy and cancer can be easily seen under the microscope. So there is nothing confusing about it

Get PAP smear : Early cervical cancer may not have any symptoms. Get PAP smears as recommended by your doctor, or at least once every 3 years.

Confusing post: It is unclear from your post just what your risks are. Just oral ? Which vaccine (there were 2 then) ? Number of partners ? It is unlikely that clots during menses mean you have cancer or HPV, likely another issue. As a sexually active 21 yo you should start getting pap tests anyway, which screens for cervical cancer. There are HPV strains not protected by the early vaccine. Paps are still needed.

You should also be seeing your doctor on a regular basis for pap test and cervical HPV screenings.
