: Hyperechoic can be due to manythings beside malignancy and ultrasound is not definitive of that. To resolve the issue you may need a Uro -Ct scan. Pl do not read the garbage on the 'net for you will worry unnecessarily. always ask your doc for explanation. Good luck.

Need follow up: By your doctor , if it is in axilla it is most likely a lymph node , ( where they are supposed to be and normal ) some times breast tissue will have lymph nodes which need closes follow up , to rule out it is not some thing serious , go to your doctor for regular follow up.

They are best suited to answer
