See your doctor: No way to tell without seeing you and running tests.  You need to be thoroughly evaluated by a physician to determine exactly what is causing these symptoms.  Since they have returned, it could be serious, therefore see your doctor asap.  Better your doc tells you it's nothing major!

Borborygmus is the : medical term for a rumbling sound made by propulsion of intestinal contents by peristalsis,smooth muscle contractions. It occurs in anyone 2 hours or &gt; after a meal as a sign of hunger, in people who swallow air while eating &amp; in people with various digestive disorders.  A large meal increases borborygmi (plural) in folks with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Best not overeat to avoid obesity.

Possibly.: Normally a healthy stomach makes gurgling noises anyway.  The medication may cause more irritation which could result in increased gurgling.
 I wouldn't worry about it.

Gurgling: Not uncommon for the stomach to gurgle as this is caused by peristalis from the vagus nerve. If you have other symptoms of pain or reflux that would suggest pathology.

Borborygmi: borborygmi, the medical term for bowel sounds, is noise produced by movement of the contents of the intestines.  It can be normal, or may be increased when you are hungry, swallow air, or when incomplete digestion occurs, such as in lactose intolerance. Yeast infection does not cause excessive bowel sounds. Probiotics: Try taking a probiotic supplement and looking at your diet.  There are many foods that cause excessive gas - beans, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, chewing gum, milk products.  See this website:

It can.: IBS in and of itself can cause loud stomach noises, due to spasms of the intestines. It is possible to have recurrent C. diff, but unless you develop recurrent diarrhea, It is unlikely to be the cause of the sounds. I would not be concerned unless you develop other symptoms. Good luck.

Yes, : Yes, that is a good question.  That is part of our sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system response, "fight or flight".  Fear can cause individuals to lose the urge to go to the bathroom, however depending on the situation some people have the opposite effect.
