Borborygmi: borborygmi, the medical term for bowel sounds, is noise produced by movement of the contents of the intestines. It can be normal, or may be increased when you are hungry, swallow air, or when incomplete digestion occurs, such as in lactose intolerance. Yeast infection does not cause excessive bowel sounds. Good luck.

No: Assuming you mean a vaginal yeast infection, the answer is a definite "no" - no relation at all to abdominal sounds. Good wishes!
