Possibly.: Normally a healthy stomach makes gurgling noises anyway. The medication may cause more irritation which could result in increased gurgling. I wouldn't worry about it.

Doubtful: It's likely to be due to gas or air in your stomach. This is normal as gas travels through the intestinal tract. The severity of it's also varies greatly between person to person. If you do not have any pain or acid reflux it's is not of major concern. However if your symptoms get worse you could be seen by a physician for dyspepsia and to rule outs h pylori in your stomach.
