Painless UTI...: Asymptomatic means without symptoms: no pain, no discoloration, no fever, no nausea, no abdominal pain--essentially no physical clue of an infection. Yet, when your urine is tested (by looking under the microscope) there are clearly identifiable bacteria (germs) swimming around! there typically would be microscopic signs of pus &/or blood as well. A urine culture would reveal the infection also.

Probably not: A small kidney cyst is of no concern.  The 2.5mm "hypodensity" is likely an additional tiny cyst that is simply too small to diagnose accurately as a cyst on CT.
