Fertility: There are some studies that show that moderate alcohol use can harm fertility.  It might not be a bad idea to cut back while you are trying to conceive.

Ovarian cyst: If the cyst is benign - then it should have no effect on the ovulation or period.

Doubt it is: Peri menopause because your fsh is very low, too low to call it peri menopause. Have you been ill or under a lot of stress? That could certainly cause a disruption in your normal cycle.Do you have polycystic ovarian syndrome and taking medication for trying to conceive ?

i know that many times women with pcos have high amh levels. what about those with ncah? is amh a good test that can further help differentiate between these two conditions besides 17 ohp levels? both conditions cause anovulation?

: I do not think AMH level can be used to differentiate PCOS and NCAH.
By UPTODATE, AMH is not currently part of the laboratory evaluation of PCOS anyway because of the assay problem (not standardized).

i have 32 tiny ovarian cysts  could this cause anovulation? i have 35 day cycles and get my period regularly, but i have no eggwhite cm.

PCOS: This sounds like polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos)  - you should be checked by a physician - we can measure hormone levels that essentially prove it - and yes your cycles would be annovulatory - the good news is that is easy to fix when you want to get pregnant. Pcos is associated with Insulin resistance and sometimes is corrected with medication used for diabetes, with resulting ovulation.

Hormones: From a Research article from 2012 induced hyperthyroidism of rats caused lowering of FSH however increase in LH. The study did not study estrogen levels. Femara is an aromatase inhibitor and lowers estrogen levels. Your reproductive specalist may be taking this into account. However, it would seem that both hyperthyroid and Femara would have an effect on your homeostasis.

Could be: Multiple causes of anovulation. Extreme stress/anxiety and weight loss could.

: Young women's ovulation can be irregular during their first months/year after the start of menses. After the body becomes accustom to the process monthly ovulation normalizes. They can ovulate before their first menses. Some women establish a pattern where ovulation and menses come only every few months.
