I know that many times women with pcos have high amh levels. what about those with ncah? is amh a good test that can further help differentiate between these two conditions besides 17 ohp levels? both conditions cause anovulation?

I do not think AMH level can be used to differentiate PCOS and NCAH. By UPTODATE, AMH is not currently part of the laboratory evaluation of PCOS anyway because of the assay problem (not standardized).

I have anovulation/pcos. Was treated with fertomid. Ultrasound yesterday detected a corpus luteum cyst. Does this mean I ovulated? Blood tests soon.
