are cats claw, ecinecia, garlic, and goldenseal all okay to take with amoxicillin? would this help or inhibit the drugs interaction? i have already been on the herbs for 5 days, and amoxicillin for 1, if it's a bad idea should i just stop taking them and

Talk to your doctor: You should tell your doctor about all the medications/drugs/supplements you take. For now quit taking stuff that your doctor did not prescribe.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Dirt can contain tetanus spores. It would depend on the nature of the soil that you use for your plants. You should be vaccinated for tetanus. If you get an injury that may be contaminated with dirt, get a booster dose.

Scratch on nipple: While it is unlikely that you would have a problem, if it is healed, then it is safe. Wait until the scab goes away.

See a doctor : Can be at risk for infection plus can be a tetanus prone wound so make sure with your doctor you are up to date with your vaccinations.  They can also look at the wound to see if infected and how deep it is

Cat's Claw: Cat's claw can inhibit liver cytochromes 3a4, 5, & 7, but Luvox (fluvox (fluvoxamine)amine) requires different cytochrome enzymes (cyp 2d6) for its metabolism in your body.  As far as these interactions have been studied, cat's claw should not cause problems with luvox (fluvoxamine). Make sure your product is pure -- other toxic plants have been substituted in commercial preparations.  What makes you want to add cat's claw at all, though?

Read below: Claw toes are hammertoes that are also contracted at the joints behind the toes.  Hammetoes are contracted toe at the middle area of the toes themselves.  Usually claw toes will affect all of the lesser toes, while hammertoes can be 1 or more toes.  If you have pain, this may be due to a neuroma or some other problem to the area.  See your podiatrist for help with this condition.

Get medically : Evaluated. Cat claw? Wild animal claw? Aggressive dog claw?  This needs wound care at the emergency room. When was your last tetanus shot?  For a deep or dirty puncture wound - tetanus shot may be considered if it has been &gt; 5 years since you last one. If it has been &gt; 10 years or you don't know - then you definitely need another tetanus shot.

Wash the area and: apply antibiotic cream and check twice a day.  A superficial wound usually heals without a problem, but with any opening in the skin, it is possible to get a skin infection which will make the skin around the scratch red and sore.  In that case, see a doctor for eval &amp;  possible antibiotic.  A tetanus shot is good for 7 years, and most children get shots at kindergarten and again at 11-12 yrs.

Contracture: Each of the smaller toes in your foot has two joints (or knuckles). They are the proximal interphalangeal joint (this is the one closest the main part of the foot) and the distal interphalangeal joint (closest to the end of the toe). When both of these joints are contracted, you have a claw toe.
