See a dermatologist: I recommend going to see a dermatologist since I am not there to actually see it. The abcdes of melanoma are:a=asymmetry(one half unlike the other half), b=border (irregular, scalloped, poorly defined border), c=color (varied from one are to another), d=diameter (while melanomas are usually greater than 6mm they can be smaller when diagnosed), e=evolving(change in size, shape, color).See a dermatologist.

i need to have a cancerous mole removed on my arm or leg. could i opt out of anesthesia?

Usually yes: You can opt out of general anesthesia, and have just local anesthesia instead. 

If the tumor is larger than an inch, though, you probably want to have general anesthesia, especially if they need to take skin from somewhere else to close the wound.

Yes: I suspect so.See a pediatric dermatologist or plastic surgeon for expert advice and care. And proper diagnosis.

i often have hard tiny brown scales like dots in pores on my legs and arms.if i remove it by nails,i see tiny hole and it will reappear,sometimes becomes black moles or make the skin becomes brown. what is this condition?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be due to dry skin, try using an emollient like Vaseline and it that does not help it would be prudent to see your doctor.

i had a mole removed four years ago, on my elbow to be biopsed (found benign.) today, i noticed the scar is paler than usual, and it's lumpy. there's no irritation. should i get it checked out, or no?

Not unusual: for scars to increase in size and become "lumpy" No need to check out (although a picture would be helpful) unless it BOTHERS you...see a Board Certifies Dermatologist who specializes in COSMETIC Dermatology!

Wait for the report: If the report is benign then you don't  have to worry , IF unfortunately report comes as melanoma , then need work up to make sure did not spread to  axilla ( arm pit )

My favorite "bandage: is actually duoderm which you can get OTC. It helps prevent scarring as it is a hydrocoolloid dressing. and takes about 2 weeks to heal

Injury: It is located in a place it may get rubbed.  See a doctor to get it removed and she will biopsy it if it has changed color, size, shape, or texture.  It is better to remove lesions than to wait for them to turn into cancer.
