IPL: IPL is great for removing brown spots. More than one treatment may be needed. Also, continued sun exposure will gradually make new spots appear so using a good sun screen, long sleeve, hats, etc are beneficial. If the IPL doesn't remove enough pigment a laser peel would likely be the next step. Good luck!
