Is there any reason: To take all those vitamins and minerals? Unless you have  deficiency as is indicated directly by blood level  , there is no need of taking all those medicines .Some of the could really be dangerous including b6 and iron

Vitamins: You can take the vitamins together or separately without problem.

i have never been able to have children . nothing wrong with menstrual cycle , no cysts. i just started take b12 and b6 a month ago . could that help?

Not likely: If you have regular cycles and are ovulating, the problem may be your uterus or tubes, or it could be your partner's sperm. Those things can be tested. See an infertility specialist: they can be very helpful.

Just eat right.: Unless you have an identified deficiency of either of those vitamins you do not need to take them.  Just eat a regular diet. I am not sure that one product is better than the other on a mg per mg basis.

Vitamin B-1, B-6 B12: Vitamins B-1, B-6 and B-12 each fill many different roles that support body’s metabolism, convert food into energy , help it produce essential substances, such as neurotransmitters, red blood cells and hemoglobin;  and white blood cells that support the immune system.
Discuss with Physician your health status, any Vitamin deficiency and these benefits.

MTHFR?: I am assuming your question got cut off and you have mthfr polymorphism?  The number of pills would related to how many milligrams are recommended and you should be taking the methylated forms of folate (folic acid) and b12.  You doctor may also know if you have specific deficiencies or health issues so you should contact your doctor.  Mthfr.Net is a decent resource if you do have that issue.

Unneccessary: B vitamins are all water-soluble, so excess is excreted in the urine.  Therefore, it is generally safe to take extra B-vitamins, but there is no medical reason to do so, unless you have been diagnosed with a deficiency or are at risk of a deficiency due to certain medications or conditions.  In general, try to get your nutrients from healthy foods.

No: Medications are designed and formulated specifically for intermuscular sucky tennis injection occasionally they can be given either way get specific advice from your doctor on this

Go to your doctor: A hemoglobin of 6.9 is pretty low.  Taking vitamins won't really make a difference.  There are many, many causes of anemia and you likely need to have further work up to make the correct diagnosis.  After that the proper treatment can be initiated.

i'm taking a supplement called fertility blend (iherb), some prenatals, b6 and b12. is this too much vitamins? can it be harmful to take this much?

Vitamin A: Vitamin a is really the only vitamin that you can take too much of.  No more than 5, 000 iu a day.  Interesting, a lot of women when tested are vitamin d deficient, that's one you might want to take more of.  The best way to get vitamins and minerals, though, is in your diet, so really working to have a balanced and healthy diet is much better than taking supplements.  Good luck!
