Nothing serious: Nothing serious iat 31 yrs age if there is no asthma or ulcer.Just dryness or fatigue can occur.

No: milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) is not appreciably absorbed and works mostly in the intestines to increase fluid intake into the bowel to promote a bowel movement.  If taken in excess it can cause fluid loss and dehydration, which could effect your other meds.  If taken as prescribed, it should not cause problems, but talk to your doctor and/or pharmacist to be sure.

Aspirin Dose: This is a difficult question to answer without knowing why you are taking it.  If you are taking Aspirin for its cardioprotectant effect, the dose is considerably lower than what you are taking  on the other hand, if you are taking it as an anti-inflammatory agent for osteoarthritis, the dose seems a little low.  The doctor who prescribed your Aspirin therapy is the best person to answer this

Yes for short time: If your IBD is in remission then, you can use Celebrex (celecoxib) for up to 14 days without risk to your IBD.  Otherwise, no there is a contraindication against the drug.

i'm 44 years old & have suffered four miscarriages. extensive testing, clinic's only advice was to take aspirin - still miscarried. will dhea help?

Sadly, no.: There's no evidence that supplemental DHEA has any positive effects, altho too much DHEA may have negative effects.  I don't understand why extensive testing yielded only the advice to take aspirin.  Perhaps you miscarried b/c of clotting of the placenta's blood vessels. Don't stop taking!: Stents are vital to keeping your blood vessels mechanically open, but the presence of any foreign structures can also cause cell breakdown and therefore blood clots. Plavix and Aspirin make sure that dangerous blood clots do not form at the sites of the stents. You will need to take these meds for the rest of your life. NeedAHairOfTheDog??: A perfect time to wake up with a hangover, right?  So yes, take a dose of that good ol' acetylsalicylic acid! One dose won't hurt, unless your stomach is already burned raw by too much alcohol, or you're allergic to it. But keep in mind that Tylenol (acetaminophen) will usually work just as well and is less likely to upset your stomach.If you are taking aspirin for a medical reason then shame on you!
