Is it ok to take aspirin after 12 hours of having alcohol?

NeedAHairOfTheDog??: A perfect time to wake up with a hangover, right? So yes, take a dose of that good ol' acetylsalicylic acid! One dose won't hurt, unless your stomach is already burned raw by too much alcohol, or you're allergic to it. But keep in mind that Tylenol (acetaminophen) will usually work just as well and is less likely to upset your stomach. If you are taking aspirin for a medical reason then shame on you!
