Not from GB,: Once the gallbladder is out it is not the problem. It is possible to form stones in the common bile duct (primary gallstones) but this is rare. Complications from survey, like duct stricture causing jaundice, are possible months after surgery but not usually years later.

Follow up w/surgeon: Diarrhea can last for weeks; generally decreases with time. Usually not fatty, foul smelling, yellowish, bulky, sticky.  Tell your surgeon.

Yes and no: You didn't mention why you were told that your gallbladder needed to be removed and that makes a big difference. No symptoms, usually no surgery. Abdominal pain, stone in bile duct, pancreatitis, jaundice, polyps, calcium in gallbladder wall, surgery needed. Without knowing why the gallbladder needed to be removed its impossible to advise you fully.

i would like to take alli  but i have had my gallbladder removed. can i still use it?

Yes, Alli is a drug: That works by blocking the action of a fat digesting enzyme called lipase.  Lipase is made in the pancreas, so previous gallbladder removal will have no effect.  The side effects also remain the same:  greasy stools  diarrhea, soiling, vitamin absorption problems.  This is, because fat stays in the stool instead of being absorbed from the intestine.  And weight loss is modest.

Up to 2 weeks: In general, after your gallbladder is removed it may take as long as two weeks for things to get back to normal.  You should also make sure that any pain medicine you take is not the culprit for your nausea as narcotics can also cause nausea.

Do you have IBS: what was the reason you had to have your GB removed if it was stone or not working well
patient will sometime continue to have problems after GB surgery either the body still adjusting or the GB was not the only problem 
you might have IBS you need to eat multiple small meals avoid greasy food and spicy food and keep bowel regular and exercise by walking and minimize stress as much as you can

i had my gallbladder removed on monday. it was only working @ 22%. i am still having spasms under right rib cage. could this be something more serious?

Too soon: it is too soon to tell if your pain is related to surgery or to other digestive problems.stay on light diet,keep your vowel moving ,and make sure that you are well hydrated.with dysfunctional gallbladder you do have 30-40% that you might have other digestive problems.
