Do you have IBS: what was the reason you had to have your GB removed if it was stone or not working well patient will sometime continue to have problems after GB surgery either the body still adjusting or the GB was not the only problem you might have IBS you need to eat multiple small meals avoid greasy food and spicy food and keep bowel regular and exercise by walking and minimize stress as much as you can
